30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Rosariotshirt, we understand that there may be issues with your purchase or that you may not be completely satisfied with the product you receive. Therefore, we are pleased to announce a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

Unworn and unwashed.

Retain all original labels and packaging.

No traces of cosmetics, fur or perfume (including perfume, deodorant or cleaning products).

If the item does not meet these criteria, your return request will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate the return process, please email [email protected] with your order number. Once your request is approved, carefully package your invoice, return slip, and return form in the appropriate shipping box. Be sure to retain the tracking number on your return label so you can track the status.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping fee for standard returns is $6.99 and is non-refundable once the return is completed. However, if the error is ours, you may return the item free of charge and request a replacement.

ORDER ERRORS

If you receive the wrong or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours so we can promptly process your request.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the account you used to pay.

Please note that the refund will not include the original shipping cost.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account. If you have not received it, please contact your credit card company or bank to confirm processing times. If you have followed all of these steps and still do not see your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Please note that once the product has been shipped, you will not be able to change or cancel your order. In that case, you may return the product according to our return policy.
