Order processing time: We will process your order within 1-3 business days of receipt. For orders placed on weekends, we will process the following Monday.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time: Once your order has been processed, please allow 7-15 days for your item to be delivered to you. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location as well as unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or severe weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

Standard Shipping Fees: We offer standard shipping for $6.99 on all orders.

SHIPPING UNITS

We work with UPS and USPS to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in the best condition. UPS’s extensive network helps us get your order to you quickly, while USPS provides reliable and convenient delivery.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID so you can easily track your package’s journey. To check the status of your order, visit our tracking page or check your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Lucienne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to your address. If the tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the appropriate carrier to report it.
